The client needed to spend R10.5 million to achieve 14 points under the Financial Sector Code (FSC).  This is spend on black people at the various levels of management.  We couldn’t get the unemployed skills spend points.  That is more often than not a raw cost.  We got the balance of the points by making use of our INTRATERNSHIP programme.  The cost to the client was less than 5% of the target spend.
