At Rise Continuity we formalise informal training.
Within working teams, knowledge gets shared on a daily basis. We learn from each other, establish processes and create culture. New staff fit into this over time, as they become accustomed to the company’s way of work.
The founders, Paul Janisch and Rudolf Rautenbach were involved in various training initiatives over the years. These projects delivered value, although mostly through compliance processes.
Where these fail is that it focusses on eternal training and neglects the staff of the company. Where internal staff are involved, it takes them out of the office for extended periods and decreases productivity.
There had to be a better way.
